My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were wonderful but were not ready for check-in despite being past the scheduled time. The hotel stinks, and they didn't provide mineral water, which was disappointing.

I was excited to check in, but unfortunately, the hotel wasn't ready for me even though I arrived after the scheduled time. The rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors were wonderful, but it was disappointing that paid channels were not included despite the high price.

The hotel has a nice location near Kolķata on the riverbed with serene balcony views. The rooms are comfortable with all the basic amenities needed for a day, but my room wasn't ready until 2 PM. The dining experience needs serious improvement in quality, although the location is excellent and the facilities are good.
